Job summary

Ignite Talent Group is assisting a busy Birmingham-based legal firm in Edgbaston to recruit a Conveyancer for a permanent role. You will manage a diverse portfolio of property files with accuracy and efficiency, supported by a capable admin team.

The ideal candidate will have proven conveyancing experience, be adept at handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, and demonstrate excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor.
• Proficiency in handling a variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring successful completion of each transaction.

Become an integral part of a conveyancing department, handling a diverse portfolio of files with expertise and efficiency. Be supported by a comprehensive admin team including 2 PA's, 1 Legal Secretary and 1 Legal Administrator. Aspire to a Head of Department, taking on the responsibility of running the team alongside your conveyancing duties. Preferred Requirements:
