Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd's client in Wellingborough is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their team on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm. You will handle transactions from inception through post-completion while maintaining compliance and industry best practices.

Daily duties include managing and updating case files, liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders, drafting documents and conducting land registry searches.

Job description

Our successful client, with offices based in Wellingborough, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

As an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-

Handling transactions from inception right through to post completion.

Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices

Managing, updating and organising case files

Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders

Drafting legal documents, conducting land registry searches

Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process

Salary depending upon experience c£28,000 - £30,000 as a starting salary, pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progression.
