• Experience handling conveyancing transactions end-to-end.
• Experience managing a caseload day to day.
• Knowledge of land registry searches and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Handling transactions from inception right through to post completion.
• Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
• Managing, updating and organising case files
• Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
• Drafting legal documents, conducting land registry searches
• Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
