The Role

As aConveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners in theResidential Conveyancing teamwith the following:
• Assisting in handlingsales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Preparing draft contracts, legal documents, and managing post-completion work.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a smooth process.
• ConductingAML checksand managing case files using modern case management systems.
• Supporting withLand Registry applications and SDLT submissions.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:
• Haveexperience in residential conveyancing, supporting fee earners with transactions.
• Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent communication and client care skills.
