THE ROLE:

In this role, you will assist the conveyancing team across a wide range of matters, helping to maintain the firm’s reputation for efficiency, professionalism and personal service. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, managing key deadlines, supporting Fee Earners, handling confidential material sensitively and contributing to the smooth running of a fast‑paced department. You will play an important role in ensuring clients receive a seamless and high‑quality service at every stage of their transaction.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in conveyancing is preferred and you should be comfortable working within a busy and dynamic team environment. Professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care are essential. The firm is particularly keen to hear from individuals who are eager to develop their skills, grow within the department and contribute to its ongoing success.
