Overview

A specialist conveyancing firm is looking for a talented conveyancer (solicitor or licensed conveyancer) to join their growing team in Bradford or Harrogate.

They are champions of employee wellbeing and recognise that conveyancing is a stressful practice area. The firm has 14 qualified mental health first aiders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume but well-organised conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, New Build, etc.).
• Work with two assistants per fee earner; coordinate with the administration team on file opening and onboarding; and with the post-completions team handling post-completion tasks so the fee earner can concentrate on the main conveyancing process.

After probation, fee earners can work from home 2 days a week with flexibility around hours for family commitments (e.g., school pick up/drop off).
