Alexander Lyons Solutions partners with a well-established legal firm to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a fully remote basis. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, handling leasehold sales and purchases and coordinating with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth completions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leasehold expertise, be able to work independently in a remote environment, and use conveyancing case management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong residential leasehold conveyancing experience is essential.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Experience with conveyancing case management systems.
• Good knowledge of leasehold matters, including leases, service charges and management packs.
