Qualifications

• Experience handling a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
• Ability to work independently and manage conveyancing cases to completion.
• Strong client relationship skills with firms and long-standing clients.
• Preferred but not essential: qualified as Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
