• Oversee cases from initial instruction through to completion while keeping clients fully informed.
• Prepare and review documents, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters towards exchange and completion.
• Provide clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s offices to ensure consistent service levels.
