G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Conveyancer in Nuneaton to manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, while assisting with more complex matters and working closely with the Head of Conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified with at least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently, with strong client care, organisational and business development skills, and a solid understanding of conveyancing procedures, CQS

Qualifications

• Residential conveyancing experience of at least 2 years.
• Ability to manage caseload of sales and purchases independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational and team-working abilities.
• Knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML regulations.
• Experience with case management systems (P4W advantageous).

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer to join a well-established and supportive law firm in Nuneaton. You will manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, while assisting with more complex matters and working closely with the Head of Conveyancing.

As the successful candidate, you will be a Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified with at least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
