Job summary

Local Law Firm Nelson is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join the busy Residential department. You will manage your own caseload and provide accurate advice to clients while maintaining high service levels.

The role offers hybrid working with some remote days, supportive team environment, CPD opportunities and potential for career progression. Excellent stakeholder communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Conveyancer, Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.
• Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes daily.
• Detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems.
• Strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach.
• Confident in managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own full and varied caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase.
• Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties.
• Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business.
• Supervise junior team members.

Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices in Nelson is now seek an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.

As an experienced Conveyancer, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing department.
