Join a team of 10 spearheaded by highly experienced property lawyers, all with backgrounds at city firms.

This role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, Residential Property Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor looking for a quality caseload, strong earning potential and genuine flexibility.

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property transactions
• Provide high-quality client care and clear communication throughout
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents and other relevant parties
• Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Meet agreed billing and performance targets

About You:

• Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancer, Property Lawyer or Solicitor
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end residential conveyancing process
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving strong results
