Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership and new-build transactions
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, auctions, unregistered land, transfers of part, enfranchisement matters
• Providing clear, practical legal advice by telephone, email, and face-to-face
• Maintaining compliance with SRA, CQS, and internal procedures
• Keeping up to date with relevant property legislation and market developments
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
• Managing billing efficiently and meeting financial targets
