Responsibilities

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handling matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership transactions, new build purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, auctions, unregistered land, transfers of part, enfranchisement matters.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
• Maintaining compliance with SRA, CQS, and internal procedures.
• Keeping up to date with relevant property legislation and market developments.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives.
• Managing billing efficiently and meeting agreed financial targets.
