Job summary

Nadine Merabi is seeking a CRO Manager to own the on-site experience and lead conversion optimisation. You will shape the testing strategy, run end-to-end experiments, and translate insights into commercial improvements while upholding the premium brand experience.

Based in Manchester, you will collaborate with ecommerce, insights and dev teams to prioritise impactful work and drive growth in an luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRO/UX or digital optimisation for fashion/luxury ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO programme end-to-end with hypotheses, design tests, execute and conclude.
• Run UX audits across the customer journey from homepage to checkout.
• Maintain a prioritised testing roadmap to drive impact.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests; advocate for necessary tooling.
• Turn GA4/Hotjar/session data into actionable insights for the team.
• Collaborate with E‑commerce Manager on trading and test alignment.
• Partner with Digital Insights and Dev Manager to secure resources for test builds.
• Work with CRM/Loyalty to optimise post-click journeys and conversions.
• Champion accessibility and ensure data-driven, evidence-based decisions.
