About The Role
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles are recruiting for a Conversion RateOptimisationManager on a full time, permanent basis. This role sits within the VW CVdigitalteam, in the Marketing department.
Youwillberesponsiblefor understanding user behaviour on the national Volkswagen Vans website, through the use of website analytics, user research and testing and any other available data. Working with our external agency partners, you will analyse all available data, distil key insights and implement optimisation and personalisation actions to improve key conversions and customer experience KPIs. Youwillalso beresponsiblefor reporting and delivering insights to seniormanagementonDigitalperformance andoptimisation activities.
Working closelywithexternalagencies, internal VWCV global teams and the otherbrandsin group, youwillbe conducting in-depth analyses into specific products and promotions,customerjourneys, user research andusabilitystudies. Thiswillenable you toidentifyand coordinateoptimisation, personalisation and conversionopportunities.You'll also be managing A/B testing process where youwillidentifyrequirementsand workwithkey stake holders to definespecifications, test and analyse performance, providing reporting on findings andrecommendingnew strategies to the wider Marketing team to driveimprovementstodigitalcustomerexperience.
