Job description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to become a key part of our talented and growing team. This role can be based from any of our offices in Stockton-on-Tees, Newcastle Upon Tyne, or Manchester City Centre. We’re also open to UK-based remote working options for the right candidate, as long as you have the full right to work in the UK.

The CRO Analyst will be responsible for owning their client portfolio, leading and overseeing the implementation of CRO strategies to support growth and profitability. They will drive excellence with a client-first approach, ensuring strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. A strong focus on performance will be essential, as they will aim to improve website performance continuously. Adaptability and strategic thinking are key, as they will respond proactively to evolving client needs and collaborate with internal teams to refine CRO methodologies for ongoing success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Client Portfolio Relationship: Nurture and own the relationship of your client portfolio.
  2. Client Portfolio Retention: Ensure client retention remains high through strong relationships.
  3. Promote High Standards: Deliver CRO services of high quality, ensuring full and efficient client servicing.
  4. Client Happiness: Measure success via NPS and retention levels; take action when scores are below expectations.
  5. Client Results: Strive to produce the highest CRO results, taking ownership and implementing improvements as needed.
  6. CRO Strategy Ownership: Develop and own industry-leading CRO strategies, sharing insights across the business and implementing innovative approaches.
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience in CRO, agency or client-side.
  • Expertise in CRO platforms, analytics, forecasting, and measurement tools.
  • Experience in building and executing CRO strategies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Senior-level client-facing experience and strategy presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Desirable
  • Experience in eCommerce and digital media channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Attribution, and Google Tag Manager.
