Job summary

AvantiGas is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join our busy Internal Sales & Support team in Staveley, Chesterfield. You will convert new leads into long-term domestic LPG customers over the phone and by email, navigating a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will manage your own pipeline, follow up on leads, quote within a matrix, and aim to exceed volume and revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and selling skills with proven ability to convert leads.
• Confident with quotes and pricing to stay profitable.
• Excellent time management and ownership from enquiry to close.
• Excellent communication and ability to relay market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with potential new customers, following up on every lead to achieve a high conversion rate.
• Demonstrate selling technique, guiding prospects through the benefits of a supply agreement.
• Achieve targets, including volume, revenue growth, lead conversion, and re-contracting the portfolio.
• Manage price and offers within a matrix, keeping deals within set targets.
• Hit sales targets in line with wider business goals.
• Support automation of sales processes to improve the customer experience.
• Provide an excellent customer experience at every stage, in line with our processes.
