Job summary

CT19 is seeking an experienced Controls & Automation Engineer to join its Operations Engineering team. You will own end-to-end controls projects, design PLC-based systems, and support NPI initiatives across the factory.

You will lead hands-on development, apply advanced automation techniques, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions. This role offers ownership and impact in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of PLC programming in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, panel design, wiring practices, and safety.
Experience specifying, designing, and documenting complete control system solutions.
Experience in fast-paced production environments and supporting live systems.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver controls and automation projects end-to-end.
Specify, design, program, test, and document PLC-based control systems for new equipment and lines.
Support new product introduction with adaptable automation solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, reliability and performance.
Provide hands-on support during upgrades, commissioning and critical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable automation solutions.
Shape automation standards and system architectures for scale.
