Job summary

Benefact Group in Gloucester is seeking a Controls Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027. The role provides administrative project support for the Group Controls project, maintaining accurate records and collating control information from across the Group.

It offers 35 hours per week, hybrid working. You will support data reporting for project teams and senior management, ensuring audit-ready records and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recording and managing data from business stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and ensuring requests are answered.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS 365 tools, especially Excel and SharePoint data.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation and maintenance of Material and Key Controls across the group.
• Maintain audit-ready control records and produce data/reports for project teams and senior management.
• Align project control with Risk Registers and the annual Risk Controls Self-Assessment; manage Group Risk calendar.
• Contribute to project working groups with data and task updates.
• Provide flexible support for wider project needs and second-line control testing as required.
