Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Control Systems Integration Engineer. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects, ensuring technical compliance and quality. Your role will include attending client meetings to discuss design, surveys, software programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning for projects.

As a Control Systems Integration Engineer, you will bring an innovative approach to problem solving and work with highly skilled engineers to develop your career.

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, variable speed drives, and instrumentation products, with experience in maintenance, electrical backgrounds, or similar fields.

Full-time position: (08:30-17:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 on Fridays)

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in designing control system PLC and HMI/SCADA software, including amendments and upgrades to existing systems.
• Experience in producing project documentation.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi, and/or SCADA systems like Siemens, Rockwell, or Wonderware.
• UK site commissioning experience, which may involve short periods away from home.

What We Require From You

• Minimum 2 years' control system experience.
• Software Engineering Degree and/or Electrical qualifications.
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLCs, or SCADA platforms like Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• For lead positions (over 5 years' experience), ability to motivate and manage a team of engineers.
