Job summary
Wolviston Management Services is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer for a live role in Middlesbrough. You will design, implement and maintain Siemens PCS7/S7 PLCs, support safety standards, contribute to projects and work with cross-functional teams in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- HNC, HND or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 and S7 PLC systems
- Proven experience designing, developing, commissioning and maintaining industrial control systems
- Good knowledge of COMAH regulations and industrial process safety standards
- Experience participating in engineering projects, commissioning activities and process improvements
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain control systems using Siemens PCS7 and S7 PLCs
- Troubleshoot complex control system faults to minimise downtime
- Develop and implement control strategies for batch manufacturing processes
- Support delivery of capital projects including testing, commissioning and start-up
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and production teams to improve process control
