Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is hiring an Operational Support Analyst - Control Point to provide 24x7 operational support for renewable asset operations. You will handle alerts, log incidents, monitor dashboards and act on regulator instructions to maintain grid compliance.

The role requires office-based shifts, weekend work, and strong communication skills to coordinate with asset owners and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a NOC, Service Desk or control room environment.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operational setting with strict SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for rapid updates.
• Experience with regulatory or grid operation instructions is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts or service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single contact for operational alerts via multiple channels.
• Log incidents and service requests and manage through resolution.
• Monitor 24x7 dashboards and data across applications.
• Validate and act on regulator instructions within timelines.
• Communicate operational updates clearly to owners and teams.
• Support access and admin tasks for applications and data updates.
• Maintain logs, reports and handover docs.
• Assist in incident coordination and investigations.
