  • Ensure incidents and control room actions are appropriately escalated and closed within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain high-quality shift handovers and operational processes.
  • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly availability and performance reporting across sites and clients.
  • Investigate availability losses and underperformance, working closely with engineering and field service teams.
  • Monitor CCTV and security alarms, coordinating escalation to relevant authorities, on-call teams and clients where required.
  • Provide control room input into health & safety, control of work and regulatory notifications.
  • Present performance information and actions during client service review meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve control room processes, automation, reporting and operational readiness.
  • Support the integration of new sites and assets into the control room portfolio.

  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to challenge and validate performance figures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience reporting to clients and senior management.
  • A track record of improving processes, response times and operational standards.
  • Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
