Job summary

Applied Integration in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, seeks an experienced Control Panel Wireman to join our electrical manufacturing team. You will wire and assemble bespoke control panels for automation projects, reading electrical drawings to ensure accurate builds and adherence to project specifications.

The role is based on-site at our Stokesley facility, with responsibilities spanning panel wiring, layout, and ensuring high-quality workmanship within a multidisciplinary engineering

Qualifications

• Hands-on wiring of control panels and electrical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and finish to project requirements.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Wiring and assembly of electrical control panels.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Panel layout and installation of electrical components.
• Cable preparation, termination, crimping and labelling.
• Wiring PLCs, relays, contactors, terminals, power supplies and other control equipment.
• Wiring equipment associated with robotics and automated systems.
• Point-to-point wiring and checking.
• Following company quality procedures and health and safety requirements.
