Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Control Panel Supervisor to join an established engineering and manufacturing environment. You will oversee day-to-day panel build activities, support technicians, and ensure work is completed safely and within timescales.

You will read electrical drawings, lead a small team, coordinate workloads, and drive quality improvements while liaising with engineering and production to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in electrical panel building, control systems or electrical assembly.
• Supervising, leading or mentoring technicians is advantageous.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Practical panel wiring, assembly and testing experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support a team on build and wiring of electrical control panels.
• Organise daily workloads to meet production requirements.
• Read and work from electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during assembly, wiring and testing.
• Carry out checks to ensure panels meet quality and workmanship standards.
• Maintain production and testing records and liaise with engineering/production to resolve issues.
