Qualifications:
- Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions, focusing on strategic planning and roadmap development
- Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, with understanding of cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
- Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, prioritizing features and enhancements
- Collaborate with Control M vendor to influence product development based on internal feedback
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Communicate strategy and plans effectively across organizational levels
- Build relationships across departments to facilitate adoption of initiatives
- Lead testing strategies, including automated functional and non-functional testing
- Design monitoring frameworks with tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes for real-time issue detection
- Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Feature Innovation & Self-Service:
- Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback
- Develop self-service tools to enhance user experience and ensure compliance
- Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for agile development
- Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards
