Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks.
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding.
• Proven track record in driving improvements and managing organizational change within complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and automation.
• Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, outlining priorities and innovations.
• Collaborate with the Control M vendor, influencing their roadmap based on internal needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Communicate strategy and roadmaps effectively across the organization.
• Build strong relationships across departments for successful initiative adoption.
• Lead testing strategy, including automated and performance testing frameworks.
• Architect a proactive observability and monitoring system using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes.
• Design and implement automation for operational tasks to improve efficiency.

Feature Innovation & Self-Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback.
• Develop self-service tools to improve user experience and compliance.
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for Control M.
• Establish a cybersecurity framework tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
