Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks.
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, coupled with understanding of cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing organizational change in complex IT environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation.
- Relevant certifications, e.g., BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M, 21x, or equivalent experience, are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive overall Control M strategy, aligning vendor insights with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, outlining priorities and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with Control M vendor to influence their roadmap based on internal feedback.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Present and communicate the Control M strategy and roadmap effectively at all organizational levels.
- Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships for successful implementation.
- Lead testing and observability initiatives, including automated testing frameworks and proactive monitoring systems.
- Design and implement process automation for operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:
- Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback.
- Develop self-service tools and automated solutions for end users, ensuring compliance.
- Define and implement DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
