Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks.
  • Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, understanding of cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience.
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing organizational change within complex IT environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation.
  • Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M, or equivalent experience are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning vendor insights with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, outlining priorities and future objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Control M vendor, influencing their roadmap based on internal feedback.
  • Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and technical briefings to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and adoption of initiatives.
  • Design testing frameworks, including automated functional and non-functional tests.
  • Architect proactive monitoring systems using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
  • Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:

  • Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback.
  • Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to enhance user experience and ensure compliance.
  • Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, for Control M deployments.
  • Establish and implement a cybersecurity framework tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
