Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge with understanding of cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate/Professional in Control M) or equivalent experience is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning vendor insights with business goals
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, outlining priorities and future enhancements
• Collaborate with the vendor to influence the Control M roadmap based on internal feedback
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements
• Prepare presentations and technical briefings to communicate strategy and architecture
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and support strategic initiatives
• Lead testing strategies, including automated functional and non-functional testing
• Design a proactive monitoring framework using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
• Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback
• Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to enhance user experience and compliance
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for agile deployment
• Establish and implement a cybersecurity framework tailored for Control M environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
