Job summary

Runway East Limited in London seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead in-house works across our portfolio, price jobs, plan allocations, and ensure designs are faithfully built. You’ll bring in suitable subcontractors and manage RAMS and CDM for site safety while delivering snag-free spaces.

The role suits a hands-on manager from a smaller fit-out or refurbishment firm who has run multiple live projects, priced work, and actively contributed on-site.

Qualifications

• Experienced contracts/works manager from commercial fit-out or refurbishment.
• Comfortable pricing and buying subcontractors as you run a site.
• Experience managing several live jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead our works team on refreshes across London, Bristol and Brighton.
• Price jobs and track spend against budget.
• Work with Design team to ensure designs can be built and delivered faithfully.
• Source, vet and recommend subcontractors for specialist packages.
• Manage RAMS, permits and CDM paperwork for site safety.
• Snag and hand over finished spaces.
