R9 Recruitment is looking for a maintenance supervisor to work for one of our established clients. The role involves providing on-site supervision of works carried out for residential properties and voids, ensuring operatives comply with health and safety standards and follow job instructions.

Oldbury

Salary

£41k plus bonus (10%)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily contract activities, coordinate with residents and customers, and ensure operatives work efficiently
• Ensure supplier and subcontractor work complies with work sheets and meets KPI targets
• Liaise with residents and customers to address queries and issues
• Ensure timely completion of works to high standards
• Organize operatives and assist in planning appointments with the call center
• Complete necessary paperwork, such as method statements, risk assessments, and deliver toolbox talks
• Attend regular meetings with your line manager
• Participate in pre-inspections and submit reports within 48 hours for standard orders and 24 hours for complaints/emergencies
