Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Contracts Supervisor – Commercial Roofing to lead refurbishment projects across London & South East. Based in Kingston upon Thames, you’ll oversee contracts, manage site activity, and ensure high standards of delivery from start to finish.

You will monitor health and safety compliance, document inspections and progress, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet client expectations on projects ranging from £20,000 to £1,000,000.

Competenze

• Contractors supervisor with experience in roofing projects and site management.
• CSCS card required.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and compliance.

The role of the Contracts Supervisor – Commercial Roofing will involve:

• Contracts Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Supervisor – Commercial Roofing with:

• Must have strong technical experience pitched roofing
• Must have experience as a Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician or related
• CSCS card
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
• Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbalIT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
