City Gate Construction (CGC) is establishing itself as an industry leader. Founded in 2003, we are a privately owned Construction, Refurbishment, and Maintenance main contractor with offices across Scotland and England.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Supervisor to join our Voids team. This role will involve the day-to-day supervision of a variety of void property refurbishments in Renfrewshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead your team to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all projects.
• Oversee all aspects of void property maintenance works, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, budget tracking, and any variations to scope.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising maintenance projects, ideally with exposure to void property contracts.
• Strong background in planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Experience in leading teams and managing subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance.

Location: Based at our head office in Linwood, covering Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas.
