Job summary

Teamwork Partnership Ltd, based in the Midlands, is recruiting an experienced Contracts Project Manager to drive key client contracts and support growth through structured training and development.

The ideal candidate will manage high-volume sites, register, interview and match candidates, run daily meetings with onsite teams and communicate effectively at all levels. A driving licence is required.

• Experience in account/contract management within high-volume recruitment.
• Experience registering, interviewing and job matching candidates.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume sites.
• Ability to demonstrate use of KPI's.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• Highly organized and proactive.
