Galliford Try Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee telecoms, EV infrastructure, civil engineering and building projects from Leicester. You will manage contractual obligations, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance across multiple frameworks.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management and a solid NEC contract background. You will liaise with clients and internal teams, monitor variations and claims, prepare tenders, and report risks and financial

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management within telecoms, EV infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts across different sectors.
• Knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual aspects of projects including reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Provide contractual advice and support to project managers and delivery teams.
• Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Report directly to senior leadership on contractual risks, opportunities, and financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and framework agreements.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are embedded within contractual obligations and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement in contract management processes.
• Manage the provision of confidential and sensitive information.
