Job summary

D R Newitt & Associates is recruiting a Contracts Manager for a growing digital infrastructure business in Leicester. You will oversee contractual and commercial aspects across multiple projects, ensuring obligations are met and risks managed.

You should have NEC familiarity, experience in telecoms or civils, and the ability to manage tenders and framework agreements. SMSTS and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Management or senior project delivery experience.
• Experience with NEC and other standard forms of contract.
• Understanding of telecoms, EV infra, civils or construction.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts across projects.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards and policies.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide contractual advice and support to Project Managers.
• Monitor performance, variations, claims and documentation.
