Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Contracts Manager at Minster Surfacing Depot, Lincoln. This permanent, full-time role requires robust leadership of surfacing projects, strong record-keeping, and proactive stakeholder engagement to support growth and customer satisfaction.

You will work within the Operations and Maintenance department, upholding health and safety standards while collaborating with the management team to drive volume and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading surfacing activities in local authority or strategic road networks.
• Desirable SMSTS certification or membership in a technical institution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of record keeping and document management.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while increasing volume and expanding the customer base.
• Contribute to long-term growth by implementing ideas and continuous improvements.
• Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the business.
