Qualifications

• Experience delivering surfacing works for local authorities or strategic road networks.
• Desirable: professional qualification in a relevant technical field.
• SMSTS certification desirable.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of surfacing activities in either a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
• Although not essential a qualification or membership in a relevant technical institution is desirable
• SMSTS Site Managers Safety Training scheme desirable
