Breedon Group plc is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee surfacing operations across Grampian from Netherglen Quarry, Elgin. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and to high quality, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

You will lead field teams across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and identifying opportunities to grow the surfacing business in the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading surfacing contracts in local authority or strategic road networks.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets, costs and contract performance.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous document management.
