Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Contracts Manager at our Minster Surfacing Depot in Lincoln. You will manage surfacing projects, maintain excellent customer service, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve long-term growth while upholding health, safety and wellbeing standards. The role focuses on reducing risk, delivering on annual plans, and leading a team to ensure high-quality outcomes for public highway,

Qualifications

• Experience leading surfacing delivery in local authority or strategic road networks.
• Desirable: qualification or membership in a relevant technical institution.
• Desirable: SMSTS Site Managers Safety Training scheme.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of surfacing activities in either a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
• Although not essential a qualification or membership in a relevant technical institution is desirable
• SMSTS Site Managers Safety Training scheme desirable
