Job summary

Up Front Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for commercial and aviation surfacing projects based in Reading, with work across the South of England and occasional nationwide travel. The business delivers asphalt, tarmac, resin and concrete surfacing solutions, with particular expertise in aviation work including runways, taxiways and aprons across commercial and military environments. About the Role

The Contracts Manager will oversee commercial and aviation surfacing projects, ensuring they are properly planned, resourced and delivered to the required standards.

The role will involve:

Previous experience in surfacing projects is essential. Experience within commercial surfacing or aviation surfacing would be particularly relevant, although strong candidates with a solid background in other areas of surfacing will also be considered.
