Up Front Recruitment is supporting an established specialist surfacing contractor operating across commercial, aviation, rail, residential, educational and local authority projects. The business delivers asphalt, tarmac, resin and concrete surfacing solutions, with particular expertise in aviation work including runways, taxiways and aprons across commercial and military environments. Its work ranges from large commercial developments and specialist facilities through to maintenance, repairs, lining and associated surfacing works. The company places a strong emphasis on trained teams, health and safety, technical knowledge and delivering projects to the required standard and programme.

The company has experience delivering aviation projects involving runway, taxiway and apron surfacing, as well as concrete repairs, joint treatments, AGL and lining. Commercial work includes ports, retail parks, warehousing, commercial developments and specialist forecourt surfacing.
Previous experience in surfacing projects is essential. Experience within commercial surfacing or aviation surfacing would be particularly relevant, although strong candidates with a solid background in other areas of surfacing will also be considered.
