Job summary

Consilium Contracting Services is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee Social Housing RM/Voids frameworks from our Rosyth regional office, covering the Borders and East of Scotland. You will manage budgets, drive KPI attainment and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high standards of delivery and safety.

You will lead the on-site team, identify new work opportunities, and travel as needed to service clients while upholding quality and commercial performance across all projects.

Qualifications

• Ensure frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to health and safety, quality and commercial performance standards.
• Manage sales budgets for each framework and protect framework profitability.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Social Housing RM/Voids frameworks and ad-hoc projects from Rosyth regional office.
• Ensure KPI attainment and budget control across all frameworks and projects.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and maximise opportunities for additional work streams.
• Manage workforce and travel as required to service Borders, East of Scotland and customers.
• Visit Consilium team and clients daily to ensure project delivery and compliance.
