Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for social housing and planned maintenance projects. The role oversees painting/decorating and refurbishment contracts across London and the South East, managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will liaise with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, ensuring high standards and strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement across programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven Contracts Manager experience in social housing/planned maintenance.
• Experience managing painting/decorating and refurbishment projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple contracts across London and the South East.
