Job summary

Multitask Personnel Ltd in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead trades teams and supervise site activities, ensuring delivery to time and budget.

You will work with Planning and Customer Service to meet KPI targets, drive continuous improvements, and maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies, while building strong relationships with client representatives and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Working knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
• Proven management skills and ability to lead teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
• IT literacy and familiarity with common software tools
• Driving licence is required

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and manage trades and supervisors

I am currently seeking to speak to Contracts Managers in Warwickshire who would be interested in hearing more about a role that I have with an award winning organisation, who truly care about their reputation within the market.

They specialise in working with social housing organisations and local authorities and are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Contracts manager who has experience of working in this sector.

Within the role you will provide operational support and be responsible for the management of the trades and supervisors, liaising with the companies Planning and Customer Service team to achieve agreed KPI's and cost value ensuring continuous improvements.

You will develop excellent relationships with internal teams and client representatives, supporting the General Manager in achieving agreed departmental budget and ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies including Health, Safety and Environmental.
