GOV is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Site Manager to lead high-quality glazing projects across Jersey, specialising in premium aluminium systems such as Schüco and Reynaers.

You will manage from award to completion, coordinate teams and suppliers, ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery, maintain quality, and communicate with clients, architects and main contractors. Fluent English and a valid driving licence are essential.

We specialise in the installation of premium aluminium systems, primarily Schüco and Reynaers, including windows, doors, curtain walling and glazing packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through to completion


• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers


• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget


• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship


• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and main contractors


• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates


• Plan labour, materials and project programmes


• Resolve technical and site-related issues
