Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for Lincolnshire-based refurbishment and new build projects. You will oversee multiple schemes ranging from £200k to £3m across healthcare, education, social housing, public sector buildings and commercial refurbishments.

The role involves leadership of Site Managers, collaboration with Quantity Surveyors and senior leadership, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget with a strong order book supporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Sector experience within healthcare, education and/or social housing preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Overseeing Site Managers on individual projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitoring programme performance and project commerciality; attending sites regularly while maintaining office presence as required.
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through successful project delivery.
