Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Experience as Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar.
• Experience delivering multiple construction projects to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management.
• Experience managing project budgets and cost reporting.
• Experience managing RAMS and site compliance.
• Strong health, safety and environmental awareness.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple passive fire protection projects from handover to completion.
• Oversee project programmes to keep on schedule.
• Prepare, review and manage RAMS and site compliance.
• Conduct SHEQ inspections and address non-compliances.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Attend client and project meetings as required.
• Manage labour, plant, materials and site logistics.
• Place supplier orders and control project costs and waste.
• Provide project information and costings for CVRs and management reporting.
• Produce monthly project reports and updates.
• Monitor budgets and implement corrective actions where needed.
